Product Launch Specialist

Main Responsibilities:- New Product Development: Collaborate with NPD teams to align strategies, manage timelines and ensure category reviews are well-prepared.
- Category Management Expertise: Liaise with data providers to maintain high-quality scan data and performance reports influencing strategic decisions.
- Promotional Planning: Lead promotional plans into Promax, track trade spend, resolve financial discrepancies and collaborate with finance teams.
- Growth and KPIs: Ensure smooth communication across teams, promote timely Promax exports, and coordinate strategies for new product launches.
- Background in trade marketing or related field.
- Degree in relevant field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the FMCG industry (Food and Beverage experience highly valued).
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to analyze data for insights.
- Experience in Australian grocery markets (category or key account management).
- Nielsen, IRI and Quantium proficiency essential.
