Role Overview

We're looking for a proactive and detail-driven professional to bring energy and expertise to our team.

  • Key responsibilities include launching new products, working closely with brand managers to align strategies, manage timelines, and ensure we're ready for each category review.
  • The go-to expert for all things data, you'll liaise with Nielsen, IRI, and Quantium to keep scan data and category performance reports top-notch.
  • Lead promotional plans in Promax, ensuring accurate entry, tracking monthly trade spend, and collaborating with finance and Wipro to resolve P&L reporting.
  • Maintain smooth communication across teams, ensuring timely Promax exports, and aligning on strategies for new product launches.
Requirements
  • Trade marketing experience is beneficial but not necessary.
  • A degree in a relevant field is required.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the FMCG space, preferably in food and beverage.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Sharp analytical skills and the ability to dive into data to uncover insights.
  • Proficiency with Nielsen, IRI, and Quantium is essential.
