Exciting Opportunity at Latrobe Regional Hospital

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maternity Unit Manager to lead our Midwifery team in the Women's, Children and Birthing Unit.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and management of the maternity unit, ensuring high-quality patient outcomes are achieved. This includes day-to-day workload capacity management and building strong relationships with stakeholders.

This is an exciting time to join Latrobe Regional Hospital as we undergo a major expansion, featuring new birth suites and maternity inpatient beds, a 24/7 Pregnancy Assessment Unit, and a Special Care Nursery for up to 12 babies.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with our multidisciplinary team to implement new midwifery models of care, including Maternity Group Practice (MGP).

As a key member of our leadership team, you will contribute to driving change and improvement in healthcare outcomes for our community.
