Maternity Unit Clinical Manager

We are seeking an experienced Associate Midwife Unit Manager to lead our Maternity Unit in Gippsland. As a key member of our Women's, Children and Birthing Unit team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership and support to the midwifery team, working closely with the Midwife Unit Manager to achieve quality patient outcomes
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Maternity Unit, including workload capacity and resource allocation
- Foster close working relationships with hospital coordinators, ANUMs, AMUMs, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery

To be successful in this role, you will require:
A minimum 5 years clinical experience as a midwifeRANZCOG - Fetal Surveillance Education Program (FSEP) certificationExcellent leadership and interpersonal skillsAbility to escalate and manage obstetric emergencies-
