About The Role

CatholicCare NT is seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to oversee and lead diverse child, family, and community services. This leader will be responsible for managing and developing high-quality programs that align with the organization's mission and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage child, family, and community programs to ensure effective service delivery and alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Provide strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and staff leadership to enhance well-being and resilience in the Northern Territory.
  • Lead and develop Managers within the portfolio.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in social work, Community Services, or a related field (master's degree preferred)
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in a senior management role within the social services sector. Experience with Department of Social Services contracts highly regarded
  • Demonstrated experience in program development, implementation, and evaluation
  • Proven ability to manage resources and reporting requirements
  • Deep understanding of the social, cultural, and economic issues affecting children, families, and communities in the Northern Territory
