**Job Overview**

We are seeking a skilled Community Service Manager to lead our team in delivering high-quality services to those in need.

The successful candidate will have experience in the homelessness sector and a strong understanding of the challenges faced by people at risk of homelessness.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Drive continuous improvement by implementing systems that enhance service delivery, promote staff wellbeing, and support safe, effective practice.
  • Support a small caseload of clients directly, helping them work through challenges and find the right services.
  • Promote and represent the organization across the Northern Territory, building trust and strengthening our presence in the community.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

  • Experience in the homelessness sector or transferable skills from the broader community services sector.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to guide frontline teams and implement systems that enhance service delivery.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues.
