Green Impact Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to lead the execution of our sustainability strategy and drive organisational change through communication and collaboration.

The primary responsibility of this role will be to develop, implement and oversee the local execution of the group's sustainability plan.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead the development and implementation of sustainability initiatives aligned with group targets
  • Identify opportunities for further growth and development within the local business
  • Share progress on the sustainability roadmap with senior leaders and cross-functional teams
  • Collaborate to develop a prioritised roadmap to ensure project initiatives can progress effectively
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to review performance and align project plans

This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to drive change and implement strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sustainability, exceptional project management skills and the ability to work collaboratively.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience working in sustainability or a related field
  • Proven track record of leading projects and driving organisational change
  • Exceptional collaboration and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field such as sustainability or environmental science
