Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Support environmental strategy by assisting in the development and implementation of management plans, procedures, and tools aligned with organizational systems.
  • Oversee daily environmental tasks based on project risk levels, ensuring seamless operations and compliance.
  • Provide technical guidance and assist with securing environmental approvals during bids and project phases.
  • Promote environmental awareness and enhance capability across project teams through mentorship and collaboration.
  • Coordinate monitoring and reporting, including sustainability metrics, site inspections, and incident investigations.
  • Engage with stakeholders such as project teams, subcontractors, and clients to maintain strong environmental standards.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Environmental Management or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in the construction or renewable energy sectors.
  • Strong understanding of environmental legislation and approval processes.
  • Proficient in MS Office tools, including Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
  • Proactively look to continuously improve performance, deliverables, and work efficiencies.
