As a Financial Strategy Advisor in a hybrid full-time permanent role, you will be essential in enhancing our financial outcomes. You will serve as a key consultant to our executive leadership, delivering vital analyses that translate into tangible results.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Transforming Insights into Action: Clearly present your analyses and influence stakeholders at all levels to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborating with Executive Leadership: Partner with CEOs, GMs, and CFOs, offering them a comprehensive understanding of crucial financial drivers and capital structures.
  • Driving Continuous Improvement: Spearhead initiatives to upskill our finance team and implement cost-reduction strategies that optimize our operations.

What You Bring:

  • A sharp intellect with a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a comparable position, preferably within the retail or consumer goods sector.
  • A proven history of leading teams and cultivating a culture of ongoing enhancement.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to identify trends and generate insights effortlessly.
  • A solid grasp of supply chain and inventory management.
  • Strong relationship-building capabilities with various stakeholders.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • The adaptability to excel in a fast-paced setting.
  • The ability to simplify complex financial data for diverse audiences.
  • Expertise in financial modeling and forecasting tools (Excel, Power BI).
  • Experience with ERP systems and accounting software (SAP/BI preferred) is a plus.
