About the Role

The Finance Business Partner plays a critical role in driving business growth and success at T2 Tea. As a key business partner, you will work closely with stakeholders to ensure functions and departments meet agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through effective and actionable reporting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Analysis - Provide expert financial analysis and insights to inform business decisions, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Strategic Planning - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans, aligning with company goals and objectives.
  • Financial Planning and Budgeting - Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models to ensure accurate financial planning and decision-making.
  • Account Management - Oversee the management of an accountant, providing guidance and support to ensure effective financial operations.
  • Process Improvement - Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
