Corporate Lawyer for Growth Driven M&A Practice

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Lawyer to join our Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) practice. As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in advising clients on complex M&A transactions and capital markets matters.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Advising clients on large-scale public and private M&A transactions, including due diligence, structuring, and negotiation;
  • Supporting clients with capital markets and governance matters, including ASX-listed clients;
  • Developing long-term client relationships and mentoring junior lawyers within the team;

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • 4+ years' experience in corporate law, preferably in M&A or corporate advisory;
  • Top-tier experience in M&A or corporate advisory;
  • Commercially minded approach with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Experience working directly with clients, including negotiating and closing deals;
