Corporate M&A Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Corporate M&A Lawyer to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with two partners, including the Head of the Corporate Group, on complex, cross-border and domestic private treaty M&A and equity raisings for clients in financial institutions, food & agribusiness, transport and technology & innovation sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead underwriting offerings and act for W&I insurers within a leading practice.
  • Serve clients across various industry sectors with a focus on consumer goods, food & retail and infrastructure sectors.
Requirements
  • 5 years of top-tier experience as a Corporate M&A lawyer.
