Strategic ICT Acquisition Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing ICT-related procurements in accordance with government frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee end-to-end ICT procurement processes, including software renewals and ICT labour hire.
- Carry out procurement activities using best practices and sound judgment.
- IDentify, manage, and mitigate procurement risks to meet organisational obligations and optimise business outcomes.
- Provide high-level advice on procurement-related matters across the Information Services Division.
- Demonstrated experience in Government procurement.
- Solid knowledge and application of procurement frameworks, including PGPA Act and CPR.
- Able to work flexibly and apply critical thinking within a team experiencing change.
The successful applicant will have strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, as well as effective record management and shared mailbox handling. A Certificate IV in Procurement and Contracting is highly desirable, along with an understanding of Digital Transformation Agency guidelines and sourcing through DTA portals.
