About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Services Team Lead to join our team at Monadelphous. As a key member of our Operations team, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the site-based Scaffolding, Rigging and Crane Operations teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Provide strategic leadership and management to the Scaffolding, Rigging and Crane Operations teams, ensuring effective execution of work priorities and site operations.
  • Interface and Liaison: Interface with operations, maintenance, engineering, and external vendors and subcontractors to obtain specific information and ensure seamless execution of onshore maintenance requirements.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Liaise with internal and client senior leaders to ensure work priorities are achieved and site is adequately provided with all necessary services.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide expert advice, support, and technical information as required to ensure efficient execution of work.
  • Work Pack Review and Approval: Review and approve work packs and supporting documentation to ensure efficient execution.
  • Estimation and Scheduling: Develop accurate detailed estimates and schedules for work scopes based on various available technical documentation and experience.
  • Maintenance Coordination: Coordinate maintenance activities in accordance with client procedures and standards, through to implementation of maintenance execution plans.
  • Subcontractor Management: Manage and account for specialist subcontractor personnel.
  • Planning and Resource Management: Oversee the full spectrum of planning, taking into account materials, resourcing, and equipment procurement.
  • Maintenance Management Systems: Maintain and develop a knowledge base of maintenance management systems and planning tools with daily use of SAP.
Requirements
  • Relevant Qualifications and Experience: Relevant Scaffolding and Rigging qualification and experience, with a strong background in Crane Operations and plant utilisation optimisation.
  • Technical Knowledge: Experience with scaffold compliance tracking systems, knowledge and experience creating detailed scaffolding work packs, rigging and lifting plans, and manning profiles and rosters.
  • CMMS Systems: Experience with CMMS systems, preferably SAP system.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to foster interpersonal relationships across all levels.
