Job Description

Job Title: Services Team Lead - Scaffolding and Rigging Expert

Job Summary:

Monadelphous is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Services Team Lead to join our Maintenance and Industrial Services division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the site-based Scaffolding, Rigging and Crane Operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Management: Provide leadership and guidance to Supervisors, Coordinators, and Craft personnel to ensure the successful execution of maintenance and shutdown works.
  • Interface with Operations and Maintenance Teams: Collaborate with operations, maintenance, engineering, and outside vendors and subcontracted personnel to obtain specific information in relation to onshore maintenance requirements.
  • Liaison with Senior Leaders: Liaise with internal and client senior leaders to ensure work priorities are achieved and site is adequately provided with all necessary services.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide expert advice, support, technical or functional information as required to ensure the successful execution of maintenance and shutdown works.
  • Work Pack Review and Approval: Review and approve work packs and supporting documentation to ensure efficient execution.
  • Estimation and Scheduling: Develop accurate detailed estimates and schedules for work scopes based upon various available technical documentation and experience.
  • Maintenance Execution: Coordinate maintenance activities in accordance with client procedures and standards, through to implementation of maintenance execution plans.
  • Subcontractor Management: Manage and account for specialist Subcontractor personnel.
  • Planning and Procurement: Oversee the full spectrum of planning, taking into account materials, resourcing, and equipment procurement.
  • Maintenance Management Systems: Maintain and develop a knowledge base of maintenance management systems and planning tools with daily use of SAP.

Requirements:

  • Scaffolding and Rigging Qualification: Relevant Scaffolding and Rigging qualification and experience.
  • Crane Operations Experience: Experience in Crane Operations and plant utilisation optimisation.
  • Scaffold Compliance Tracking Systems: Experience with scaffold compliance tracking systems.
  • Detailed Scaffolding Work Packs: Knowledge and experience creating detailed scaffolding work packs.
  • Detailed Rigging and Lifting Plans: Knowledge and experience creating detailed rigging and lifting plans.
  • Manning Profiles and Rosters: Knowledge and experience creating manning profiles and rosters.
  • Onshore or Offshore Maintenance Experience: Knowledge and experience working in an onshore or offshore maintenance environment.
  • CMMS Systems: Experience with CMMS systems, preferably SAP system.
  • Microsoft Products: Proficiency in the use of key Microsoft products.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to foster interpersonal relationships across all levels.
