Job Description
  • Project Planning & Programming: Input into the preconstruction phase, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, subcontractors, and other project partners.
  • Budget Management: Responsible for financial reporting and identifying opportunities for profit improvement.
  • Health, Safety & Environment: Ensure all HSE standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a project team to achieve success.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • A proven track record in successful project delivery of commercial construction and refurbishment projects.
  • Outstanding client and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Leadership and mentoring skills, with experience in leading and motivating teams.
