Senior Shopfitting Project Manager

This high-level role requires an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in shopfitting and construction to manage all aspects of projects from planning to delivery.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5+ years' experience in senior project management within shopfitting or commercial construction, with a strong understanding of joinery, fitout processes, and site operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of shopfitting projects from planning to delivery
  • Liaise with clients to understand their needs and maintain strong relationships
  • Schedule and coordinate trades, materials, and equipment
  • Monitor project budgets, timelines, and quality standards
  • Ensure compliance with OH&S regulations and company procedures
  • Solve problems quickly and effectively to keep projects on track

About You:

  • Minimum 5+ years' experience in senior project management within shopfitting or commercial construction
  • Strong understanding of joinery, fitout processes, and site operations
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to lead teams and build positive working relationships
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with attention to detail
