Job Title: Senior Construction Project Leader

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee the delivery of large infrastructure projects from development through construction and commissioning.

This critical role involves managing designated construction projects, ensuring timely completion within scope and with high quality.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Oversee designated construction projects.
  • Contractor and Advisor Coordination: Build strong working relationships with contractors and other project stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Foster transparent and trustworthy relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams.
  • Health, Safety & Environment: Implement and adhere to stringent safety policies.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years' experience in developing and delivering complex infrastructure projects.
  • A proven track record of managing large-scale projects through all stages of construction.
  • Strong experience in contract administration and project control.
  • In-depth understanding of health and safety management in construction projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Postgraduate degree in Engineering, Construction or a related technical discipline.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
