Achieve Excellence as a Senior Site Manager

  • Senior Site Managers are sought after to lead multiple construction activities.
  • The ideal candidate will have high safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure on-site safety by implementing proactive strategies.
  • Oversee the management of on-site budgets and coordinate all trades until project completion.
  • Maintain open communication with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Develop trusting relationships with subcontractors and site labour.
  • Monitor quality standards and deadlines, ensuring timely project delivery.
  • Support the Senior Site Manager as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in managing multiple construction projects simultaneously.
  • Trade background or relevant tertiary qualification preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience with Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractors or large subcontractors.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
