Key Responsibilities- Implement and uphold robust systems and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all projects, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality outcomes.
- Oversee multiple sites, ensuring timely delivery, quality control, and client satisfaction.
- Manage trade performance, reporting, and accountability across the business, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategic solutions.
- Anticipate issues, resolve challenges, and maintain project momentum, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Provide structured updates to senior leaders and contribute to strategic decision-making, aligning with organizational objectives.
- You are an experienced construction professional with a track record of delivering successful projects, exceeding $10M in annual turnover.
- You bring a strong operational mindset, leadership skills, and the ability to enforce high standards across multiple teams.
- You are systems-driven, detail-focused, and thrive on ensuring order and accountability, promoting a culture of excellence.
- You are confident working at executive level, able to act as a trusted advisor and partner to senior leaders.
