About the Role

We are seeking a Production Operations Specialist to join our team in a day shift role. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our plant.

You will work closely with our supervisors and be part of a small, capable crew that keeps the heart of the plant pumping. You will learn all aspects of gold room activities, cover the gold room position, and daily reagent mixing as required.

You will work across multiple systems, not just one circuit or one corner of the plant. Your input will make a real difference in our operations.

About You

As a practical person with experience in plant operations, water treatment, or similar hands-on environments, you will thrive in this role. You will be able to work independently and know when to ask for help. You are looking for a stable role that fits around your life, not the other way around.
