As a Production Operations Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of production orders, meeting contractual commitments and satisfying stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with Electrical & Fastening production work on site and in the field, utilizing strong organizational and communication skills to drive team success
  • E nsure production workflow adheres to EH&S guidelines, maintaining a safe working environment for all personnel
  • Oversee production assets to guarantee equipment is serviced at recommended intervals, minimizing downtime and optimizing productivity
  • Responsible for the accuracy and timely completion of work orders, leveraging resources effectively to meet customer requirements
  • Coordinate production schedules daily and weekly to meet customer work order demands, prioritizing tasks to ensure seamless execution
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to quality standards and promoting a culture of excellence
  • Serve as a point of escalation for problems/issues, providing prompt resolutions that satisfy stakeholders
  • Establish and maintain cooperative business relationships with internal and external partners, fostering a collaborative environment
  • Manage and monitor expenses and assets to meet assigned goals, ensuring efficient resource allocation
  • Maintain systematic audit trails to keep accurate inventory in the production cell, facilitating informed decision-making
  • Generate manufacturing-related metrics as requested by management, providing actionable insights to drive business growth
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Possess an Associate Diploma in Production/Engineering or relevant experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Demonstrate understanding of production methodology and equipment maintenance, showcasing expertise in these areas
  • Hold a Restricted Electrical license, with ERP exposure a plus
