Requirements:
  1. Deep understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people's spiritual connection to Country
  2. Ability to articulate and apply principles of cultural authority, traditional lore, and customs effectively
  3. Sound knowledge of government policies and initiatives relevant to Closing the Gap and the Uluru Statement from the Heart
  4. Strategic leadership skills that inspire and motivate others
  5. Proven experience in building strong relationships with First Nations people and managing competing priorities
