As a primary liaison between business units and developers, you will translate business needs into clear functional specifications for technical teams.

  • Support system testing to ensure solutions meet requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience as a Business Analyst with strong background in requirements gathering, process mapping, and creating functional specifications.
  • Sound understanding of Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365, including their capabilities and constraints.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to propose and implement effective solutions.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in documentation and design.
  • Ability to adapt to multiple projects and priorities in fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and knowledge of enterprise platform governance and security desirable.
  • Relevant certification, such as MS Power Platform Functional Consultant, highly valued.
