About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Learning and Development Professional.

As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing environment where children can thrive and grow.

You will work closely with colleagues to develop and implement innovative early learning programs that reflect current thinking and practice.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A completed Certificate III and/or Diploma in Children's Services (or working towards)
  • Prior experience in long day-care
  • SOUND knowledge and implementation of the NQF and the EYLF
  • Current Working with Children's Check
