We are seeking a seasoned Operations Manager to lead our Brisbane team. This role is an entry-level leadership position that supports the delivery of high-quality Ground Services for our clients.

**Job Purpose:**

The Operations Manager, Brisbane will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Brisbane facility. This includes managing and monitoring Ground Handling Agreements and Service Level Agreements, leading team members, and fostering a positive safety culture within the team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Organise and coordinate all work areas during day of operations;
  • Manage, monitor and evaluate Ground Handling Agreements and Service Level Agreements;
  • Lead team members including coaching, mentoring and performance feedback;
  • Foster a positive safety culture within the team focused on awareness and vigilance;
  • Comply with legislative WH&S requirements;

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum 1+ years leadership experience with a customer-centric orientation;
  • Highly developed communication skills both written and oral, and excellent presentation skills;
  • Ability to lead, translate, implement and manage ongoing compliance, industry standards and legislative requirements;
  • Basic business acumen including financial and budget management;
  • Demonstrated experience in business process review and reengineering to ensure best practice service delivery;
