Care Designer Position

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement personalized care plans that cater to each client's unique needs and preferences.

  • Lead and manage a team of caregivers, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care, including progress updates and any changes to care plans.

Requirements:

  • 10 years of experience as a Registered Nurse.
  • Proven track record of leadership and management in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, staff, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to meet changing demands.
