Care Experience Specialist

At Nurse Next Door, we're seeking experienced Nurses to join our team of care professionals. As a key member, you'll deliver premium care experiences to clients, following their individual care plans.

This may involve providing around-the-clock care, scheduling visits early morning, afternoon, evening or overnight to meet client needs.

  • Provide genuine, compassionate and personalised care to our clients
  • Deliver care following the client's care plan, developed by the Care Designer (Registered Nurse)
  • Meet safety needs of the client and use equipment safely and properly
  • Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly

The ideal candidate will have community nursing experience, subacute and disability experience, as well as the ability to identify and report client care concerns. Leadership experience and skills in diabetes management, dementia care and redirection are also desirable.

Mandatory requirements include AHPRA Registration, Registered or Enrolled Nurse status, CPR & First Aid Certification, Car and Valid Drivers License, National Police Check and Working With Children Check.
