Care Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing tailored care plans that cater to the diverse needs of our clients.

In this role, you will work closely with our Managing Director to oversee client clinical care, maintain meticulous care documentation records, and identify areas for improvement. You will also play a key role in developing and implementing new care strategies, ensuring that our services continue to meet the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Care Plan Design: Develop and implement individualised care plans that address the unique needs and goals of each client.
- Client Consultation: Meet with clients to discuss their options for premium home care services, ensuring that they receive the best possible support.
- Clinical Oversight: Provide leadership and guidance to ensure that all clients receive high-quality clinical care, meeting the highest standards of professionalism and expertise.
- Clinical Expertise: A minimum of 10 years' experience as a Registered Nurse, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality patient care.
