Job Title: Finishing Foreman

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Contract Finishing Foreman on a high-end residential development project.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate all finishing trades onsite
  • Ensure all works are delivered to the highest standards of quality and workmanship
  • Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to manage timelines and sequencing
  • Conduct quality checks and defect management
  • Maintain clean, safe, and productive work environments
  • Support the construction team in delivering the project successfully
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman on high-end residential projects worth over $15 million
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
  • Carpentry background or equivalent
  • Current White Card and relevant tickets
