Experienced Plaster Finisher Wanted

We are looking for a skilled Solid Plasterer to take on a challenging role.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare surfaces for plaster application, including cleaning, levelling and bonding.
- Apply coats of plaster, cement render and specialized materials to uniform thickness.
- Execute smoothing, texture creation and finishing techniques using trowels, brushes and sandpaper.
- Install and finish architectural features such as cornices, mouldings and ceiling surrounds.
- Read technical drawings with precision in angles, joins and plan layouts.
- Set up scaffolding or trestles safely according to site requirements.
- Grind, smooth and execute levelling techniques for advanced concrete and plaster finishes.
- Vocational qualification in solid plastering (e.g. Certificate III in Solid Plastering) or equivalent trade recognition.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in solid plastering.
- Proficiency in mixing and applying plaster, render and finishing techniques.
- Ability to work from plans and execute detailed finishing with high precision.
- Strong understanding of Australian safety standards and workplace protocols.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
