About the Role:
This is an exceptional opportunity to make a significant impact on our Payment Systems team as a Transaction Management Specialist. In this key role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth and secure operation of our online payment platforms.
As a direct report to the Transaction Operations Team Lead, you will leverage your expertise to examine the efficiency and security of our online payment systems. Through building reports, writing reviews, and analyzing patterns and trends across our payment systems, your expertise will be essential for our long-term success.
You will also monitor transactions and provide recommendations to the wider Payments & Fraud team to help optimize our payment journey. The ideal candidate would be someone who demonstrates the ability to work in a dynamic and adaptable environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze transaction data to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain reports to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Collaborate with the Payments & Fraud team to implement process improvements.
