Real Estate Transaction Specialist

Our team works on significant transactions in the Australian market, covering Real Estate, Private Equity, and Infrastructure.

We are seeking a qualified individual with experience in corporate clients, interested in working with us on various clients and transactions across our national practice.

  • Corporate restructuring with focus on inbound investment structures, taxation of trusts and Managed Investment Trusts
  • Tax due diligence and transaction document review
  • Assist clients with tax compliance, preparing and/or reviewing trust and company tax returns
  • Research and analyze technical tax issues
  • Transaction related ATO and FIRB correspondence
  • Support business development initiatives and proposals
  • Mentor and lead teams

Key Requirements

  • Transaction experience in tax field
  • Commitment to client service with strong relationship building skills
  • Strong tax technical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment, supervise and mentor team members
