Transaction Support Expert Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled transaction support professional to join our Corporate Finance division. As a key member of our Transaction Support team, you will play a vital role in the execution of buy-side and sell-side due diligence engagements, act as Investigating Accountant for IPOs, and advise on sales and purchase agreements.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead complex transactions, mentor a talented team, and work closely with clients and stakeholders across a diverse range of industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transaction support – execution of buy side and sell side due diligence projects (including planning, analysis, interviews and report writing)

  • Due diligence as an Investigating Accountant for IPOs

  • Sales and Purchase Agreement advisory

  • Forecast reviews

  • Manage, train and lead team of juniors

  • Build and manage client relationships

About You

You are a commercially astute finance professional with a passion for transactions and a strong foundation in financial analysis. With a proven ability to lead teams and manage complex projects, you thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy working closely with clients to deliver strategic insights.

Experience & Skills:

  • 5–7 years' experience in transaction support or corporate development

  • Proven experience managing teams and projects

  • Strong analytical and financial modelling skills

  • Excellent communication and report writing abilities

  • High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

  • Self-motivated with a collaborative mindset

  • Exposure to business development activities is desirable

Education Requirements:

  • Business / Commerce degree with Accounting Major

  • Completed CA or equivalent
