Lead Play Professional

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Lead Play Professional to deliver fun, engaging programs for children aged 5-12 years old.

This permanent part-time role offers a minimum of 29 hours per week, with opportunities for extra hours during school holidays.

About the Role
  • Facilitate exciting child-led activities, including STEM, sports, cooking, arts & crafts
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and the community
  • Collaborate with a team of skilled professionals to ensure a safe and engaging program

You will work split shifts Monday to Friday across our service's opening hours:

Morning: 6:30am - 8:45am (Rise then Shine Program)
Afternoon: 2:45pm - 6:00pm (Stay and Play Program)
School Holidays: 6:00am - 6:00pm (Holiday HQ Program)

What We're Looking For
  • Someone who enjoys working with children and making a positive impact
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and aspire to grow into a leadership role
  • National Police Check and Working with Children check
  • Diploma level qualification to work with kids in OSHC per ACECQA
  • Australian work rights
