As a Front of House Casual, you'll have the opportunity to drive sales, understand daily goals and challenges, work with your team to succeed and take pride in our venue. You'll also be trained in all areas and encouraged to go above and beyond to anticipate our guests' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Drive sales through upselling, product knowledge and proactive guest engagement
  • Understand daily goals and challenges, working with your team to achieve success
  • Take pride in your work, ensuring the venue is well-stocked and ready to impress
  • Be flexible and available to work weekends and nights
  • Follow safety and compliance procedures to keep guests and colleagues safe
  • Take opportunities to go above and beyond and exceed expectations

What We're Looking For:

  • Uniqueness and a passion for fun
  • Energy, enthusiasm and positivity
  • Customer service, hospitality or retail experience and a love for building customer rapport
  • A love of interacting with diverse guests - teens, kids and adults
  • Great availability, must be available on weekends and nights
  • A valid RSA and WWCC or willingness to obtain them
