**About the Position**

**We are looking to welcome a **Therapy Services Coordinator** to lead the new trauma-informed Safe Healing Therapy Service to enhance mental health outcomes for families impacted by domestic and family violence and sexual violence. The **Safe Healing Service **is a whole-of-family trauma-informed recovery care services for individuals impacted by FDSV providing adult counselling, family therapy, group therapy and support access to therapies.**

**This role encompasses the line supervision of a team of practitioners and working closely with various stakeholders to enhance the service’s effectiveness and outcomes.**

- **Part time 0.8FTE opportunity.****:

- **Level 7** under the SCHCADS award. Salary range is $115,066 - $119,872 (pro-rata) plus super.****:

- **Government funded until 30 June 2026 with possible extension.***

**About You**

- **Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline and registration as needed (psychology, social work, counselling).****:

- **At least five years’ experience in a therapeutic/ recovery setting working with children, young people and their families who have been impacted by child sexual abuse, family domestic and sexual violence.****:

- **Demonstrated ability leading and building a strong, cohesive team.****:

- **Management experience within a service delivery context.***
