Asset Valuation Specialist

 

Seeking a highly skilled Asset Valuation Specialist to join our property investment and funds management team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with expertise in commercial property valuations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end asset valuation process across a national portfolio
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external valuers to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant outcomes
  • Analyse valuation results and provide insightful recommendations to senior management
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive strategic decision-making
  • Ensure valuations align with regulatory, industry, and internal standards

 

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Property, Finance, or related field
  • Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) or equivalent preferred
  • Proven experience in commercial property valuations (office, industrial, retail, or healthcare assets)
  • Strong analytical skills, financial modelling capability, and business acumen
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
