About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Banking Consultant to join our Retail Banking team in Erina, NSW. As a Banking Consultant, you will play a key role in providing customers with a seamless banking experience, meeting their end-to-end financial needs and goals, and delivering a high standard of customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide customers with a seamless branch experience by meeting their end-to-end banking needs across transaction activities, needs-based conversations, and educating them on digital solutions.
  2. Be part of a collaborative team and act as a role model and peer coach to deliver the best possible customer experience.
  3. Contribute to a significant uplift in customer engagement and advocacy, and create real customer value.
  4. Actively participate in and support bank programs and initiatives.
  5. Take responsibility to 'know your customer' from a risk perspective.
  6. Ensure compliance with ANZ and branch policies and procedures.
Requirements
  1. Exceptional customer focus - retail experience is an advantage.
  2. Experience in being a user and promoter of technology - working knowledge in using different digital channels is an advantage.
  3. Ability to multi-task and highly adaptable to change and ambiguity.
  4. Willingness to work in a collaborative team environment.
  5. Sound understanding of compliance.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
