As a Senior Educator at Goodstart, you will oversee your own classroom, leading a team of committed Educators to implement outstanding educational initiatives. You will work closely with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, assess, and enhance our teaching methodologies. Your dedication to safety and inclusivity will ensure that every educational experience is customized to meet the diverse needs of all children.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
  • Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
  • Current VIC Working with Children Check.
