About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Educator to join our team at Goodstart Mildura. As a Senior Educator, you will be responsible for leading a team of Educators to deliver high-quality educational programs that meet the needs of all children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs
  • Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve teaching practices
  • Ensure the safety and inclusivity of all children in the centre
  • Develop and implement programs tailored to meet the needs of all children
  • Engage with the local community through events and cultural celebrations
