As a Senior Educator at Goodstart, you will oversee your own classroom, leading a dedicated team of Educators to implement outstanding educational programs. You will work closely with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and enhance our teaching methodologies. Your dedication to safety and inclusivity will ensure that every learning experience is customized to meet the diverse needs of all children.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent approved by ACECQA).
  • Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
  • Current Working with Children Check for VIC.
