International Payment Specialist Opportunity

We're a global provider of online payment services, trusted by clients worldwide with offices in multiple locations.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our customer service team as we continue to deliver exceptional customer experiences while maintaining our award-winning reputation for ease of transaction and friendly service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact on all issues relating to international payments.
  • Welcome new customers, verify them according to regulatory requirements, and advise on our range of transfer services.
  • Respond to client queries across all facets of the payment process, including tracking funds and coordinating responses with Operations and Settlements.

Necessary Skills and Qualifications:

  • A passion for customer satisfaction and service excellence.
  • Ability to be flexible in a rotating roster within a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in high-volume customer service roles.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Multitasking ability, managing several systems and tasks simultaneously with high attention to detail.
  • Team-orientated, with the ability to work collaboratively.
