Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing team to achieve exceptional results.

  • Educate customers and partners about innovative solutions and products.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor behavior to inform Sales Leadership and Product Management.

  • Contribute to strategic planning sessions with the Sales Management team to create local sales and marketing plans.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 8 years' experience as an individual contributor and 1-5 years as a people manager.
  • Experience working in Canberra and understanding of the ANZ Federal sector.
  • Australian citizenship with security clearance (NV1 and above).
  • Significant expertise in technical specifications required to sell innovative products and services.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functions.
