Content Strategist Wanted

We are seeking an experienced Content Strategist to coordinate, design, write and publish organisation-wide messages on our intranet platforms.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop content aligned with user needs
  • Manage end-to-end workflow for updating old content and creating new content
  • Refresh, develop and publish new content meeting digital best practice, accessibility and readability standards
  • Advocate for user needs to internal stakeholders, drawing on data-driven insights
  • Utilise various technologies to manage work: Azure DevOps, SharePoint Online, and Service Now
  • Perform other duties as required to support the team
  • Demonstrate website content development and publishing skills using SharePoint
  • Manage end-to-end workflow for updating old content and creating new content
  • Display strong client liaison skills and ability to work collaboratively with SMEs
  • Understand web usability, readability and accessibility requirements
  • Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Show conceptual and analytical skills, including data interpretation
  • Hold relevant tertiary and/or industry qualifications (desirable)
  • Australian citizenship and ability to obtain a baseline clearance are essential
