Job Description
We are seeking a Chief Technology Strategist to provide end-to-end technical solutions for the Australian Army. The successful candidate will design and deploy C4I systems, understand customer strategies, and determine business and technical requirements.
The role involves contributing to the Australian Army's input into the product roadmap and beta testing of new features and releases. Additionally, the candidate will communicate the impact of changes and new products in the C41 software suite on customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and deploy C4I systems based on best practices
Understand customer strategies and determine business and technical requirements
Contribute to the Australian Army's input into the product roadmap and beta testing of new features and releases
Communicate the impact of changes and new products in the C41 software suite on customers
Design and depict concepts and solutions using graphical methods
Conduct technical workshops for customers and internally
Direct others in solving complex problems based on existing solutions and processes
Participate in delivering pre-sales and post-sales advice and support to customers and stakeholders
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or other relevant discipline as a minimum. A Master's degree is highly regarded. Knowledge of enterprise architecture, systems architecture, integration architecture, security architecture standards, frameworks, and practices is required. TOGAF, DODAF, or AUSDAF qualifications are highly valued.
