We're looking for a full-time Airport Services Supervisor to join our team based onsite at Olympic Dam.
In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for leading day-to-day airport operations and ensuring exceptional service delivery to both our clients and passengers.
You'll support the Airport Services Manager while coordinating ground operations, passenger handling, and ensuring compliance with safety and security regulations.
This is not a FIFO role, you will need to be based in Olympic Dam/Roxby Downs.This is a great opportunity for someone with strong airport operations experience looking to take the next step in their leadership journey with one of Australia's most respected aviation companies.What we're looking for:We're after a motivated and capable leader who thrives in high-pressure environments and brings a positive, proactive approach to every shift.You'll shine in this role if you have:A strong customer focus and commitment to high service standardsExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsProven ability to manage operational disruptions with professionalismStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feetA flexible and adaptable attitude with a hands-on approach to leadershipExperience in coaching or training team membersWhat do I need to be successful?
Proven experience in an airport operations environmentKnowledge of airport systems including VeRSE and FIDS (desirable)Experience in customer disruption recovery and rebookingTraining delivery experience is highly regardedRadio Operator Licence (or willingness to obtain)Dangerous Goods certification (preferred but not essential)"Train the Trainer" qualification (or willingness to obtain)Ability to obtain an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC)High standard of compliance with safety and regulatory proceduresWhat's in it for me?
