Global Freight Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Global Freight Coordinator to join our Forwarding division based in Westmeadows.

This role will be hands-on and involve the execution of capacity management and the implementation of freight strategies covering commercial & operational aspects, including active participation in the development of solutions.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Negotiate FCL rate agreements
  • Be involved in tender management for TGF
  • Support quality and consistency whilst driving sales growth
  • Participate in regular business review meetings with carriers
  • Analyse space management and yield maximisation

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Knowledge of sales and tender processes
  • Ability to work towards strict deadlines
  • A customer-focused approach
  • Deep understanding of ocean freight operations
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous experience using Cargowise - desirable
