Job Title: Global Trade Coordinator

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced logistics expert to join our team as a Global Trade Coordinator. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing import and export logistics across global markets, ensuring compliance and efficiency in every shipment.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3+ years’ experience in an export/logistics role within a medium to large organisation, with strong knowledge of Incoterms and international trade procedures. You will also have proficiency in SAP and Ozdocs Export Software, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including cross-cultural communication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage freight movement for both import and export, ensuring compliance with customs regulations.
  • Coordinate shipping documentation and logistics from various locations.
  • Liaise with freight forwarders, customs, and transport companies to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with export customers and service providers.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience in an export/logistics role within a medium to large organisation.
  • Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline (preferred).
  • Proficiency in SAP and Ozdocs Export Software.
  • Strong knowledge of Incoterms and international trade procedures.
  • Experience with export/import documentation (e.g., Letter of Credit, Bill of Lading).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including cross-cultural communication.
