Job Title: Administrative Assistant

MAYDAY Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and friendly administrative professional to join our global client's team on a part-time basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual looking for a structured, part-time role in a collaborative environment.

Working 3 days per week (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday), you'll support critical business functions such as ID card processing, document control, reporting, and general office coordination. This role requires accuracy, initiative, and strong organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Perform document control and quality checks for ID card processing.
  • Print and prepare ID cards, including mail merge, letter folding, enveloping, and dispatch.
  • Manage incoming implant forms, including scanning, sorting, and validating data.
  • Place supply orders, raise purchase orders, and assist with invoicing as needed.
  • Attend regular virtual team meetings to stay updated and aligned.
  • Monitor and respond to emails promptly and professionally.
  • Make outbound phone calls to verify and update customer address details.
  • Maintain KPI tracking spreadsheets and assist with reporting tasks.
  • Learn and work within systems and other internal tools.
  • Contribute to ongoing project work and ad hoc administrative support.

Requirements :

  • Prior experience in administration or document control roles.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Comfortable working with data, mail merges, and internal systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Reliable, proactive, and able to manage tasks independently.
  • Full Australian working rights and availability for in-office work 3 days per week (Mon, Wed, Fri).
